For years, I sang professionally as part of a vocal group in New York City, where I had the joy of working on projects with incredible artists, musicians, and creative teams- collaborating with names like Kelly Clarkson, and contributing to work for Nickelodeon, Sesame Street, E! Live at the Oscars, the Billboard Music Awards, and more. It was fast-paced, exciting, and full of adrenaline, but over time, I began to feel a pull toward something quieter, more intentional.​ I started exploring how sound could be used not just to entertain, but to soothe, to center, to heal, and to reconnect with self. That’s where everything shifted.​ Today, I blend my performance background with sound meditation, weaving crystal alchemy bowls and live vocals into immersive meditative concerts that are calming, soulful, and deeply restorative. My sessions are crafted to nourish your nervous system, soften inner noise, and guide you into a restful place of clarity and creative insight.​ Whether you're just curious or already familiar with sound work, I’m so glad you’re here. Sound meditation uses the power of sound vibrations- through instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and my singing voice- to create a deeply relaxing experience. Each sound is a vibration that works with your body’s energy, helping to clear stress and promote mental clarity. In the book Sound Medicine, Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary writes, “Sound waves can influence brainwaves and have the power to entrain the nervous system to a state of calm and balance.” It’s a beautiful way to reset and recharge, allowing the sound to guide you into a peaceful, centered state.

Sound meditation has countless benefits: a session can reduce stress, calm anxiety, enhance focus, deepen sleep, and even relieve physical pain. By tuning into specific frequencies, your body can relax, blood pressure can drop, and circulation can improve. Dr. Chaudhary notes that “The brain, heart, and organs respond to specific frequencies,” allowing your body to function more efficiently and restore itself. My vocal toning and vocalized mantras deepen the experience, helping to release stuck emotions and experience more mental balance.

During a session, you’ll lie down comfortably in Savāsana (a restorative yoga pose that involves lying on your back), as I guide you through gentle breath work techniques and an immersive sound "concert". Expect to hear a range of instruments and vocals that emit specific frequencies and vibrations to calm the nervous system and trick your brain into letting go of its constant chatter. The sound waves will gently shift your body’s energy, helping you to relax deeply. Some people fall asleep during this process, while others remain awake and allow the vibrations to do the work. The only job you have is to lie down, get as comfortable as possible, and receive the vibrations of the instruments.
